Question: I know basically what RCIA is, but could you give me some more details, length, common subjects, etc...? Thanks!
Answer:
You
might want to check out the
http://www.catechumenate.org/main.cfm for the North American Forum on the
Catechumenate which is the primary organization dedicated to making RCIA happen
in parishes in the USA.
The fact is that the particulars of how an RCIA process is implemented varies
pretty widely from parish to parish, from campus ministry to campus ministry.
So I couldn't really give you specifics because they would only be applicable
to the Campus Ministry/Parish in which I have the privilege of ministering.
I suggest that you contact the local faith community where you would think about
being part of the RCIA process; check their web site, call their parish office;
find out who's responsible for RCIA in their community. Then contact that person
to get the full details about how they do RCIA.
And many blessings as you continue to follow God's call in your life!
