Answer: 

Are you in philosophy? I majored in it college and "free will" was a reoccurring topic.

Here's my answer:
I haven't been to heaven yet, so I can't tell you and as far as I know, no one has sent a postcard back answering that question once they got there.

There are descriptions/passages in the Bible referring to heaven, but I can't recall one that specifically addresses your question.

Is there a more specific question that you have about heaven?
